Although the Directive is addressed mainly to manufacturers, is part of the requirements is also important to users, particularly to modernize and introduce modifications in the functions and principles of operation of machinery and equipment.

Participants in the course will obtain information on the operation of machines and technical equipment subject to conformity assessment in accordance with the Act of 30 August 2002. Conformity assessment system and the executive regulations to the Act, based on the Machinery Directive and other related to her New Approach directives.

The requirements of Directive 2009/104 / EC

23 October 2009. It entered into force a new tool Directive 2009/104 / EC harmonizing the minimum requirements for the use of machines, machinery and work equipment.

This directive replaces the three used so far Directive 89/655 / EEC, 95/63 / EC and 2001/45 / EC simplifying understanding the minimum requirements and facilitating understanding of the scope necessary adjustment of machinery and technical equipment to minimum requirements. In terms of the national application of the Directive should be supplemented by industry regulations governing operation of machinery and technical equipment in the workplace.

Participants in the course will obtain information on the need to adapt the machinery and technical equipment to the minimum requirements regarding use and other technical devices
(In accordance with the Decree of 26 September 1997. On general safety and occupational health and legal regulations implementing Directive 89/391 / EEC and 2009/104 / EC).
